Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email for your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days after ordering.
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking tool, or click the link in your shipping email.
- Follow your parcel in real time until it arrives.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM — Time Zone: (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time – London
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?
If your tracking number hasn't arrived, or if it hasn't updated in a few days, email us at info@solaralondon.com and we'll look into it right away. Customer service is available Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00 (UK time).
