Return and Refund Policy

At Solara London, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it according to the conditions below.

Requirements for a Return

• A return can only be requested after receiving the item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• All labels and tags must still be attached to the item.
• Trying on items is of course permitted, but wearing them is not.
• Orders of multiple sizes with the intent to return some of the items may be excluded from return eligibility.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

After reviewing your request, you will receive return instructions.
We recommend shipping your return using a method that includes tracking.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Refunds are issued only for items that meet the return conditions stated above.

Liability
Solara London is not liable for shipments that, according to tracking, were successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Incorrect address details are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
