Return & Refund Policy

At Solara London, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it according to the conditions below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

2. Requirements for a Return

A return can only be requested after receiving the item.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
All labels and tags must still be attached to the item.
Trying on items is of course permitted, but wearing them is not.
Orders of multiple sizes with the intent to return some of the items may be excluded from return eligibility.

3. How to Start a Return

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@solaralondon.com.

After reviewing your request, you will receive return instructions and the return address by email. We recommend shipping your return using a method that includes tracking. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Payment Policy for details.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued only for items that meet the return conditions stated above.

6. Liability

Solara London is not liable for shipments that, according to tracking, were successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is correct; incorrect address details are the customer's responsibility. Address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
