Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, so most orders arrive within 6-10 business days.
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, enter processing on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or peak periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom, with full tracking and no minimum purchase required.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Keep the product in its original condition with all labels and tags attached, and contact our customer support within those 30 days — we'll be happy to assist you with the return process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. From that moment, you will be able to follow your parcel's journey to your address.
